Corporate Holiday Party

I recently had the honor of DJing Trump Card’s annual Company Holiday Party, and let me tell you… this crew knows how to celebrate! Trump Card, a high-end logistics company, brought the glamour this year with a stunning Great Gatsby–themed event. This marked my second year working with them, and it’s always a full-on party from start to finish.

Hosted at the gorgeous Wedgewood Weddings at Seaport Village, the venue set the tone for an elegant, roaring ‘20s-inspired evening. From flowing gowns to flapper dresses and dapper suits, the employees fully embraced the theme. The décor, table settings, and waterfront backdrop made downtown San Diego shine in true Gatsby fashion.

As a seasoned San Diego Female DJ, I’m intentional about building a soundtrack that matches both the theme and the energy of the room. I kicked off the night with swing-inspired selections blended with classy house beats creating a sophisticated cocktail-hour vibe that encouraged mingling and conversation. During dinner, I layered in crowd-favorite R&B sing-alongs, those nostalgic tracks everyone knows by heart. There’s something special about hearing a room softly singing together before the dance floor officially opens.

The dance set started with iconic club throwbacks, Pitbull, Black Eyed Peas, and those timeless dance anthems that instantly pack a floor. This crowd came ready to move, and when I dipped into reggaeton, it was game on. The energy skyrocketed, and the dance floor stayed alive for the rest of the night!

Trump Card made it clear the night was about appreciating their team, and I was proud to help create a soundtrack worthy of that celebration!
